Your role

As Product Manager for Concrete Complements, you will play a key role in developing and driving a growing product segment. You are responsible for shaping the strategy for the assortment with a focus on profitability, growth, and customer value. You have overall responsibility for agreements and long-term relationships with selected customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing pricing strategies, business plans, and product portfolios with a focus on profitability and growth.

• Establishing competitive supplier chains: negotiating prices, ensuring agreements, and evaluating purchasing channels.

• Conducting joint visits with regional sales representatives to propose the best product solutions.

• Supporting the sales organization as a strategic partner and conducting training to enhance competence.

• Identifying new business opportunities and driving initiatives in key construction projects.

You will also build relationships with prescribing leads and other key stakeholders. You collaborate with our Nordic sister companies, especially 7 Steel Denmark. You will be part of the marketing department with about 35 people and have managerial responsibility for one employee. Reporting will be to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for a business-driven and structured team player who can translate strategy into results. You have:

· Proven ability to drive profitability and growth initiatives

· Experience in the construction industry and preferably knowledge of concrete complements – commercially or practically.

· Ability to take responsibility for business plans, pricing, and product development.

· Meritorious: experience in purchasing work, negotiation, and customer agreements.

In short: you combine business acumen with a long-term perspective and have the ability to turn vision into reality.
